Job summary

Dimeo Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent to join our Boston team. You will lead field supervision and coordinate in-house professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and within budget.

As a key leader, you will drive strategic project delivery, mentor junior staff, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to support pursuits and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Experience in field supervision, coordination, and project management; Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License required.

• Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute startups, inspections, and commissioning.
• Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and other project team members.

Job description

We are currently growing our Boston team - seeking a Superintendent to join Dimeo Construction Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and leading site teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Your Mission

As a Superintendent, you'll lead integrated planning and field coordination from preconstruction through turnover. You'll drive safety, schedule, budget, and quality to new heights, orchestrating in-house professionals, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver best-in-class results.

Your Role

Leadership & Coordination:

Lead field supervision and coordination to achieve project goals, engaging and managing in-house professionals for continuous improvement.

Business Development & Relationships:

Support project pursuits, RFP responses, and foster strong client and architect/engineer relationships to drive business success.

Operational Excellence:

Guide, expedite, and administer systems management to maintain budget, safety, schedule, and quality, while resolving major project issues and coordinating with all stakeholders.

Strategic Project Delivery:

Drive project communications, meetings, risk identification, and strategic planning; execute systems startup, testing, inspections, commissioning, and training to exceed client expectations.

Talent Development:

Mentor and develop assistant superintendents, and additional project team members, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
