Job summary

RecruitWell is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible NP/PA for primary care in the greater Boston area. The role focuses on Medicare patients (65+), with in-clinic and telehealth options, and a hybrid schedule.

You will work at one site, with a structured team-based care model and a strong emphasis on social determinants of health. Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 DOE, plus a 10% bonus, comprehensive benefits, CME stipend of $3,500, 401(k) with employer match, and four weeks of

• Board certified or board eligible NP/PA for primary care.
• Minimum two years of post-training primary care experience.
• Experience with Medicare-focused patient population (65+).
• Hybrid schedule with in-clinic and remote care options.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a Medicare-age population.
• Coordinate care with specialists and hospitals.
• Engage in chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Address social determinants of health (housing, food security, loneliness).
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs in a team-based model.
