Job summary

NPHire is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in Boston, Massachusetts to provide comprehensive primary care for a Medicare-focused patient population. The role requires board certification and a minimum of two years of primary care experience.

The position offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000, along with a 10% bonus opportunity, comprehensive benefits, and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• Board certification required for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Two years of experience in primary care is mandatory.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for 15–18 patients daily on a hybrid schedule.
• Maintain light call schedule (≈ two evenings/month, two weekends/year).
• Coordinate care with specialists and hospitals.

Skills

Board certified or truly board eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Minimum of two years of post-training primary care experience
