Job summary

Asure Software Inc. seeks a driven HCM Sales Executive to build business with SMBs in the Boston region. You will work from a remote home office with significant travel within the New England area, developing relationships and driving revenue for our HCM platform.

You will leverage payroll/HR software experience, manage a dynamic sales funnel, and use Salesforce and virtual tools to engage prospects and close deals. This is a full-time role with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience selling payroll, HR or related software and services is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional results.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License to be eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory through self-generation and networking.
• Profile and penetrate existing Asure clientele to cultivate new revenue opportunities.
• Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Create high impact presentations to depict benefits of Asure solutions.
• Develop and manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly and annual quotas.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to report on and manage sales activities.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends and AI tool usage.
