You will apply accounting and finance skills to real reporting, budgeting, and forecasting challenges while learning from seasoned professionals who mentor your growth. During the internship, you’ll build proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, create data views in reporting tools, and present insights to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Current Junior in College, entering senior year in Fall of 2027, with a background in and genuine passion for accounting, finance, or economics.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic and extracurricular involvement.
• Clear and confident communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – comfortable using common formulas, building basic charts, and creating pivot tables for straightforward analysis.
• Prior coding experience (RStudio) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on finance work – management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and financial allocations.
• Collaboration with interns across the Line of Business on a capstone project and presenting to senior leadership.
• Mentorship and professional development through workshops, speaker series, and networking events.
• Protect data integrity and streamline accounting operations as part of the internship.
