Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is offering a 10-week Private Wealth Management Summer Internship in Boston. You will work on real projects supporting ultra-high net worth client needs, with mentorship from Partners and Principals and structured professional development.

We seek juniors entering their senior year in 2027 who demonstrate leadership, strong academics (GPA 3.5+), and finance passion. Expect hands-on learning, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and on-site collaboration in a collaborative

Qualifications

Current junior in college entering senior year in fall 2027 with a background in and passion for finance, business, or investing
GPA of 3.5 or higher
Demonstrated leadership through academic and extracurricular activities
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
Strong understanding of asset management industry and security markets (equities and fixed income)

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day activities of a dedicated client base and ensure BBH services are properly delivered
Assist onboarding and account opening processes, as well as account reviews
Support the creation of client meeting materials
Exposure to implementation and execution of core portfolio activities
Troubleshoot client account issues such as portfolio reporting/activity and data requests
Exposure to multiple disciplines in BBH’s integrated business model (private equity, lending, corporate advisory, family business)
