Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman invites current juniors to the 2027 Summer Internship in Private Wealth Management in Boston. This 10-week program immerses you in BBH’s culture with hands-on projects, mentorship from Partners and Principals, and learning across investment advisory, capital allocation, and philanthropic guidance.

Applicants should be pursuing a finance-related degree with a GPA of 3.5+, demonstrate leadership and communication, and show teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or investing.
• GPA 3.5 or higher as evidenced by coursework and academics.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interest in asset management and securities markets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities for a dedicated client base and ensure BBH services are delivered.
• Assist with new client onboarding and account opening processes and reviews.
• Support the creation of client meeting materials.
• Gain exposure to core portfolio activities and reporting.
• Learn to troubleshoot client account issues and respond to data requests.
• Experience multiple disciplines within BBH’s integrated business model.
