Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) invites ambitious interns to join its Internal Audit division in Boston. The 10‑week program exposes you to audit planning, fieldwork, risk assessment and control evaluation within a professional financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Current college junior entering senior year in Fall 2027 with interest in audit, finance, business, risk management, or related fields.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and accountability from academics, work, or volunteering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, fieldwork, risk assessment, and control evaluation within Internal Audit.
• Contribute to audit testing, documentation, and reporting of findings.
• Support business process improvements through recommendations and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with interns across lines of business on capstone project and present to senior leadership.
