Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of B2B sales, business development, or staffing in accounting/finance.
• Strong knowledge of the finance/accounting talent landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities in the Boston market.
• Lead a high volume of client meetings and drive gross profit growth.
• Meet weekly GM targets and annual billing goals.
• Prospect via networking, LinkedIn, events, and market intelligence.
• Target CFOs, Controllers, VP of Finance, and senior hiring leaders.
• Develop and prioritize high-value prospects with market insight.
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful launches.
• Represent DeWinter with integrity and urgency in client interactions.
