The role requires 5–7 years in lab services or logistics and 2–3 years of supervision, with proficiency in inventory systems and Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in supply chain, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5–7 years in lab services, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management; cGMP/GMP experience required.
• 2–3 years of formal supervisory experience with direct reports and performance management.
• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and client-embedded services environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational delivery for the assigned site, including scheduling, task prioritization, and daily warehouse operations in a cGMP environment.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals aligned to site plans.
• Monitor real-time dashboards and reallocate resources to maintain service levels.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly reviews with team and client contacts.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues during shift and on-call periods.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to high-priority customer requests.
