Job summary

ASICS America Corporation in Boston is seeking a SAP DTC Analyst for a hybrid role that supports SAP DTC business areas and collaborates with the ANA RES team across regions.

You will provide 2nd level support, analyze requirements, and document designs while coordinating with IT and business stakeholders to optimize Direct-to-Consumer processes. A BA/BS in CS/IT and 2–3 years SAP experience are required, with knowledge of Fiori, CAR, MM, FI/CO, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Must understand and translate business processes into SAP DTC solutions.
• Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution for Direct-to-Consumer channels.
• Experience with SAP Retail and SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience in multicultural and virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate problems and determine possible solutions.
• Provide 2nd level support to business users via ServiceNow.
• Support and monitor Retail/B2C interfaces.
• Prepare technical design specifications for enhancements.
• Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Research, analyze and evaluate present or proposed solutions.
