Job summary

A Brief Overview

The SAP DTC Analyst is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office, responsible for production support of SAP DTC business areas and serving as a key member of the ASICS North America Regional Enterprise Support (ANA RES) team. Reporting to the Manager, SAP DTC, this role involves close collaboration with the SAP DTC team in Amsterdam and business stakeholders from ASICS subsidiaries around the world, working closely with IT and business analysts to identify and analyze requirements and recommend appropriate modifications and system architecture solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, SAP expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional, and global team environment.

Leadership Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Investigate problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production problems in DTC areas; document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide 2nd level support to business users seeking services, changes, or reporting incidents, through ServiceNow (ITSM system).
• Support and monitor Retail/B2C interfaces.
• Create and update test cases, conduct testing and assist users with testing scenarios
• Prepare technical design specifications for enhancement projects and change requests
• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with the Service Desk group to continuously reduce the number of support issues, thus improving internal customer satisfaction
• Research, analyze and evaluate present or proposed solutions or problems, to define the best business processes

How You'll Be Successful

• Must be able to understand and translate business processes into effective SAP DTC solutions.
• DTC integration experience with Customer Activity Repository (CAR), Material Management (MM), and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
• Knowledge of Fiori app and usage.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool required.
• Able to write and maintain system documentation.
• Able to have concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, cross-functional analysis, and global thinking abilities.
• Able to think in an analytical and structured way.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, related fields or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training required
• 2-3 years of experience in an SAP Analyst role or similar position required
• Strong understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution business processes, especially processes related to Direct-to-Consumer channels, required
• Experience with SAP Retail and SAP S/4HANA preferred
• Experience working in multicultural and virtual teams required

SALARY / PAY RANGE

$70,000 - $75,000
