Qualifications

• Experience managing federal and state grants.
• Advanced QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting processes.
• Support grant administration, compliance, and financial tracking activities.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
• Oversee payroll, invoicing, and other routine financial functions.
• Coordinate audit preparation and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to organizational leadership.
