Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with cross-functional experience.
• Ability to analyze complex proposals analytically and quantitatively.
• Knowledge of US market access regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Create executive narratives and cross-functional alignment for senior leadership.
• Lead or set up task forces for strategic initiatives (e.g., AI initiatives).
• Assess and inform Market Access of new capabilities to improve efficiency.
• Lead impact modeling of environmental shifts on the portfolio.
• Act as market access lead on cross-functional initiatives with other teams.
• Ensure governance and major meeting cadence for Market Access.
• Co-lead annual operating plan with VP Market Access (FTE and spend).
• Lead market access-wide meetings, training and compliance initiatives.
• Manage market access budget with Finance.
• Identify interdependencies for end-to-end visibility and alignment.
