Job summary

DO & CO group in Boston is seeking a Tower Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day catering on the AOA, ensuring safe, timely service and strong collaboration with Delta teams. You will coordinate with Dispatch, Ramp, and flight attendants to manage delays and maintain service readiness.

The role requires 3-5 years in airline catering, a high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Office. Must be able to obtain airport clearances and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 Years of Experience in an Airline Catering Industry.
• Understanding of end-to-end airline catering operations, including HACCP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to obtain TSA/security clearance for airport access.
• Willingness to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day catering activities on the AOA to support safe, timely execution.
• Monitor equipment/items and coordinate corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Support Delta Air Lines charter operations and catering requirements.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Gate Keeper, and ramp teams to reduce gate congestion.
• Assist flight attendants and resolve catering-related questions and issues.
• Communicate operational risks and developments to leadership and Delta stakeholders.
• Promote ramp and food safety standards during catering activities.
• Assist with food safety compliance during delays, gate returns, and IROPs.
