Job summary

DO & CO group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee airline catering operations from production and dispatch through final delivery to aircraft. You will coordinate daily activities, supervise teams, monitor flight requirements, and uphold food safety standards within the Airport Operations Area (AOA).

Work closely with DO & CO Operations, Catering Dispatch, Delta Tower, and stakeholders to identify risks, resolve service issues, and support on-time departures while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in airline catering, airport ops, logistics, dispatch, transportation, or related operational environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end airline catering processes.
• Working knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily airline catering operations from production to dispatch and final delivery.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate operations teams to maintain productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and Delta Tower to ensure flight readiness and on-time departures.
• Monitor safety, regulatory compliance, and food safety standards across all activities.
• Maintain clear communication among DO & CO Operations, Dispatch, and stakeholders.
