Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a BOS Implementation & Readiness Contractor to manage the operational configuration and readiness of their Back Office System. This includes testing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure effective system utilization across their cafes.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, strong skills in inventory management and recipe setups, and will be involved in User Acceptance Testing and creating training materials for staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and recipe setups.
• Proven experience in supporting technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of the Back Office System.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for operational workflows.
• Develop training resources and support documentation.
