Job summary

Archwest Capital, LLC seeks a Borrower Success Manager to own the borrower relationship after first close and drive repeat origination, cross-sell, and retention across a GUC-heavy book. You will hand off from the originating Loan Officer, re-engage borrowers, and coordinate with Operations, Processing and Underwriting in a hybrid office setting.

The role requires 2–4 years in private lending or related fields, experience managing a defined book, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in private lending, mortgage origination, account management, or customer success.
• Exposure to construction management or draw processes preferred.
• Experience managing a defined book with retention or expansion targets preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of borrowers post-first-close and drive repeat origination and cross-sell.
• Execute a structured handoff from the originating Loan Officer and onboard borrower history, projects, and credit profile.
• Proactively re-engage borrowers as projects near completion to maximize retention and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations on active draws, inspections, and project status; flag pre-approval candidates for expedited processing.
• Provide borrower feedback to Marketing on product gaps and market intelligence.
