Job summary

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This entry-level position offers opportunities to grow within Bally's hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older (preferred).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board (preferred).
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent (preferred).
• Must have six months or more related experience (preferred).
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Foster Bally's Born to Entertain atmosphere and promote guest relations.
• Scrap food from dirty dishes and maintain cleanliness.
• Place tableware in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Set up ware washer station and related areas.
• Retrieve supplies for the operation day (chemicals, gloves, towels).
• Clean hand washing sinks and restock soap and towels.
• Assist with banquet setup for events.
• Washing pots, pans, and other cooking utensils.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; wash worktables and surfaces.
• Segregate and dispose of trash to designated containers.
• Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transport supplies between storage and work areas.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist with cleanliness of the property Front and Heart of House.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
