Bally’s in Chicago is seeking team members to maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency. Roles involve scrapping, washing dishes, setting up ware-washer stations, and supporting banquet events.

You will help ensure sanitary conditions, stock essential supplies, and assist with general kitchen duties in a fast-paced gaming environment. Candidates should be at least 21, able to obtain a Illinois gaming license, and available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Must have six months or more related experience.
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Scrapping food from dirty dishes.
• Placing tableware in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Setting up ware washer station in assigned area.
• Retrieving supplies for the operational day (chemicals, gloves, towels).
• Cleaning hand washing sinks and restocking with soap and towels.
• Assisting with banquet setup for events.
• Washing pots, pans, and other utensils.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
• Transferring supplies between storage and work areas.
• Following sanitation and safety guidelines.
