Job summary

LJA is seeking a Bore Operator to join our team in the United States. The role involves operating heavy equipment like directional drills and Hydro-Vacs, supporting daily field operations, and strictly adhering to safety procedures.

Candidates must have at least one year of equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and be capable of outdoor work across various conditions. Travel to project sites is required, and strong communication skills are essential for building positive relationships

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Willingness to travel for project sites and team coordination.
• Must be safety-conscious with knowledge of safety precautions for heavy equipment operation.
• Must be able to bend, climb, and lift up to 80 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as directional drills and Hydro-Vacs.
• Support daily field operations and enforce safety procedures.
• Load/unload equipment and read job scope and utility markings.
• Travel to project sites as required and maintain reliable communication with the team.
