Responsibilities

• Enforce customs, immigration and agriculture laws and regulations.
• Manage the flow of legitimate trade and travel.
• Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances.
• Determine admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States.
• Prevent smuggling and illegal entry of people and prohibited goods.
