Qualifications

• GL‑9 requires one year of specialized experience in enforcement duties.

Responsibilities

• Detect immigration and customs violations and inspect documents.
• Apprehend aliens and smugglers using surveillance and force as needed.
• Interpret tracks and evidence of illegal entry.
• Perform checks and patrols of assigned areas with various assets.
• Patrol borders and waterways using vehicles, horses, vessels, and ATVs.
