Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Detect immigration and customs violations and inspect documents to determine citizenship.
• Pursue and apprehend undocumented noncitizens and smugglers near borders.
• Interpret tracks and evidence of illegal entry and contraband.
• Patrol borders using various government assets (vehicles, horses, vessels, ATVs).
• Perform multiple checks including farm, building, traffic, and city patrols.
