Job summary

Vail Resorts seeks a Bootfitter for the Summer Seasonal 2026 period to fit guests with the latest ski and snowboard boots and provide top-notch guest service in a fast-paced mountain shop.

You’ll train in boot fitting, work with a friendly team, and contribute to safety, with opportunities for scheduling nights and holidays, and participation in the company’s extensive training programs and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
• Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Fit guests with the latest ski and snowboard boots - we’ll train you!
• Provide excellent guest service at one of our ski/snowboard retail shops
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
