Books-A-Million is seeking a friendly Bookseller in Rocky Mount, NC to work on the sales floor and at the register, helping customers find books and turning everyday moments into discoveries.

You’ll greet customers, assist with purchases, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere in a fast-paced retail setting that blends sales, merchandising, and daily upkeep.

Previous retail or customer service experience is appreciated; must be 16+. Training covers product knowledge and register procedures.

Formación

• 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.
• Love of books and willingness to learn about products, authors, and what customers are excited about.
• Strong communication and connection skills.
• Ownership mindset with ability to balance multiple priorities to keep the store running smoothly.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome every customer with warmth and enthusiasm from greeting to checkout, ensuring a quick, accurate, and effortless experience.
• Drive sales by helping customers discover suitable products and highlighting benefits and programs that add value.
