Job summary

Books-A-Million in North Carolina is seeking a friendly Bookseller who loves reading to help customers on the floor and at the register. You’ll turn everyday moments into reasons customers return by sharing recommendations and delivering a warm, efficient checkout.

As a team member in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, you’ll work with Associates and store leadership to maintain displays, assist with inventory, and keep the store clean, welcoming, and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and help them find what they’re looking for.
• Drive sales by recommending products and highlighting benefits.
• Maintain an inviting sales floor with clean displays and organized shelves.
• Handle transactions accurately and follow store procedures.
