Job summary

ThriftBooks, the world's largest used book retailer, is seeking a frontline customer service representative in Dallas for a hybrid role. You will engage customers via phone, chat, and email, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints while documenting interactions in our CRM.

Flexible scheduling, 15.00 per hour, and opportunities for growth are offered. Applicants must reside within 45 minutes of Bishop Arts District and be able to work a rotating schedule including

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to engage across channels (phone, chat, email).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen actively and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline representative of the ThriftBooks brand across support channels.
• Provide product information and troubleshoot issues; resolve complaints.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Educate customers on website/books and policies; maintain high CSAT scores.
