Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is helping a well-established family-owned leader in Dayton, OH find a dependable Bookkeeper to own the full accounting cycle. This hands-on role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, with a schedule that supports work-life balance and stability.

The position offers a salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus a discretionary year-end bonus, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits. The candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be detail-oriented.

Competenze

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience preparing financial statements and participating in month-end close processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required.
• Self-motivated professional who can work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

100% Onsite, M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + discretionary year end bonus

Key Responsibilities

As the Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities include:

• Perform daily accounting functions, including cash applications
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure financial accuracy
• Manage month-end close activities with a goal of completing close within three business days
• Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies
• Assist with additional accounting and reporting projects as needed

Qualifications
