Chandler Center for the Arts is seeking a Finance & Bookkeeping Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a nonprofit organization.
The role involves on-site work during major events like the New World Festival and Holiday Market, with most times being remote. You will prepare financial statements, assist with budgeting and tax filings, and support program finances.

Chandler Center for the Arts seeks an organized, detail-oriented Finance & Bookkeeping Manager to oversee the organization’s day-to-day accounting and financial reporting. This position maintains accurate financial records, supports sound financial decision-making, and ensures compliance with nonprofit accounting and reporting requirements.
The Finance and Bookkeeping Manager reports to the Executive Director, with accountability to Chandler’s Finance Committee.
The position has the potential to be mostly remote, however candidates must be available to work on site during the New World Festival, held annually on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend, and for check-ins throughout the year. Hours will vary week to week depending on events and programming, however higher demand times include New World Festival (Labor Day Sunday) and year end during fundraising campaigns and the Holiday Market.
