Keystone National, a leading financial services company in San Jose, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a full-time position. You will maintain accurate financial records and support the accounting team in a professional office environment.

Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports. The role requires 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks or Microsoft Dynamics, and strong organizational skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• GAAP knowledge.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employees.
• Post daily transactions and reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Maintain and update accounting software and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
