H&R Block, Inc. in Monticello, MN is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to deliver accurate bookkeeping, payroll processing, and client service. You will post transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate financial statements while assisting with tax-related tasks.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of GAAP. Experience with Xero is preferred. Competitive pay and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Post financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgers.
• Reconcile and balance accounts.
• Generate and analyze financial statements.
• Prepare and process payroll.
• Generate 1099s and W2s and prepare tax statements.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, vendors and banking contacts.
• Assist in client retention and growth opportunities.
