Qualifications

• 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience required.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and GAAP procedures.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies/regulations.
• Discretion with confidential information required.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Excellent organization and time-management; ability to multitask independently.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgers.
• Reconcile and balance accounts.
• Generate and analyze financial statements.
• Prepare and process payroll.
• Prepare 1099s and W2s and tax statements.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, vendors and banking contacts.
• Support client retention and growth opportunities.
