Responsibilities

• Enter operational data into the client’s bookkeeping system for recording income, expenses, and payroll related items.
• Ensure checks are endorsed properly and deposited; prepare charge card transactions daily.
• Balance and reconcile ledgers; report income, bank charges, and related information.
• Develop periodic reports on business income/expenses and taxes as needed.
• Maintain a manual file system for hard-copy documents after entry.
• Identify process issues and communicate potential improvements to management.
