Quartz West Partners, a boutique investment firm in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This FULL_TIME role involves managing financial records and supporting our strategic investment approach.

The Bookkeeper will record and reconcile financial transactions, prepare monthly financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will also assist in budgeting and forecasting, and maintain financial records for our diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2-4 years bookkeeping experience required.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions and financial statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and relevant accounting standards.
