Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or Xero) required.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Experience preparing financial statements and assisting with payroll preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records (GL, AP, AR).
• Process payroll and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor bank accounts and reconcile statements to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing insights to leadership.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting best practices and GAAP.
