Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper/financial analyst to support daily bookkeeping, data entry, bank reconciliations, and client billing records.

You will work with QuickBooks or Xero, prepare routine financial reports for leadership, and help track budgets and revenues. Ideal candidates have a strong Excel skillset (formulas and pivot tables), experience with financial data, and a collaborative mindset.

Formación

• Experience with financial data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Ability to prepare regular financial reports for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Assist daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and invoice tracking.
• Prepare regular financial reports for internal leadership and advisory teams.
• Support budget tracking, expense management, and revenue analysis.
• Help maintain accuracy of financial documentation and client billing records.
• Coordinate with the Director of Finance or external accountants as needed.
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of scalable financial systems.
• Track and report on key financial KPIs that guide business decisions.
• Assist with quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including tax prep support.
