Ascendo Resources is assisting our client, a very fast-growing two-year startup in hospitality, retail, or pet care services, in their search for a small company Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk. Located in Cherry Creek, South Denver, this on-site role offers a strong culture, good work/life balance, and a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience.
• QuickBooks experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month end close.
• journal entrics
• bank reconciliations
• Multi location accounting
• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely processing of payroll
