Liberty Military Housing in Oceanside, CA seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations for a multi-family community. You will handle AP, AR, delinquencies, invoicing, and help prepare monthly reports, while delivering exemplary service to residents and managers.

Prior bookkeeping experience, proficiency with MS Office and accounting software such as Yardi or Payscan, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software (Yardi, Payscan) preferred.
• Effective communication with management, residents and vendors; strong customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Directly responsible for bookkeeping activities of the community including paying bills, PO creation/receiving, A/P, A/R, delinquencies and invoicing.
• Assist District Manager with budget and financial goals.
• Collect outstanding rents and send delinquency letters.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and explain variances.
