Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounts for a multi-family community. You will handle bill payments, A/P, A/R, delinquency checks, and assist with budget tracking and monthly financial reports.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year bookkeeping experience, strong PC skills (MS Office, Yardi, Payscan), and a customer-focused approach. This full-time role requires flexibility, local travel, and a commitment to exceptional service within LMH's standards.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for the community (A/P, A/R, delinquencies).
• Process bills and purchase orders; manage invoicing and collections.
• Assist district manager with budgets and financial goals.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and explain variances.
• Support move-outs, transfers, and audits; ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors on billing and invoicing.
• Participate in outreach/marketing activities as needed.
