Opening: Bookkeeper / Front Desk Coordinator

Location: Tacoma, WA

Our team combines industry expertise with a passion for quality, delivering personalized solutions that enhance residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
  2. Assist with basic payroll and reporting duties.
  3. Greet visitors, answer calls, and coordinate appointments at the front desk.
  4. Support administrative tasks to maintain a professional office environment.
Benefits:

Work schedule: M-F 9am-4:30pm

Pay: $25-$30/hr DOE

Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping and front desk/admin support.
