Qualifications

• At least three years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong proficiency with bookkeeping software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ledger accounts, prepare invoices, and reconcile transactions.
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and follow up with customers on collections.
• Track vendor bills, prepare payments, and resolve billing inquiries.
• Record daily cash and credit card receipts and maintain organized financial documents.
• Prepare weekly AP/AR and cash flow reports; complete monthly reconciliations.
