The Bookkeeper/Data Manager must have demonstrated experience using the Alabama State Department of Education’s eGAP system to support federal program applications, amendments, reimbursements, and budget monitoring. The position requires experience contributing to the Consolidated Plan, including developing Title I budgets and completing applicable Application Details. The successful candidate will use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to create, track, reconcile, and update each school’s Title I budget on a monthly basis. This individual must maintain accurate financial records, analyze expenditures against approved budgets, and communicate timely budget information to school and district leadership. Experience with Droplet and the Purchase Order process is required. Experience creating presentations using Canva and working with artificial intelligence (AI) platforms is also required.
