What You’ll Do

In this role, you will oversee both day-to-day accounting tasks and higher-level financial strategy, including:

• Managing full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Leading financial restructuring projects to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensuring full compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
• Coordinating audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Developing financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models to guide leadership decisions.
• Partnering with executive leadership on strategic financial planning, investment analysis, and growth initiatives.
• Designing and implementing internal controls to safeguard financial integrity across all company locations.

What We’re Looking For

• CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong expertise in bookkeeping and restructuring.
• Prior experience in multi-location organizations or healthcare/medical practices a strong plus.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable platforms).
• Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable strategies for non-financial stakeholders.
