This role is critical in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers related to construction projects.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and process invoices, billing, and payments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and expenses within Procore.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and construction industry accounting standards.
• Generate financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive financial information.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Procore software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and construction industry financial processes.
