Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Bookkeeper Administrator in Everett, WA. The role supports accounting duties, payroll processing, and ledger reconciliation, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

The position features a fixed pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Prior SmarTech experience is preferred, and the schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm at Canteen in Everett.

Qualifications

• Maintains a complete and systematic set of records of business transactions.
• Assists with payroll and wage calculations from time cards.
• Posts details to subsidiary accounts and reconciles general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Represents the company in a courteous and friendly manner in all interactions.
• Assists Controller with reports and weekly closing procedures.
• Verifies, allocates and posts transaction details to ledgers and journals.
• Summarizes data for ledgers and transfers to general ledger.
• Calculates employee wages from time cards and submits payroll registers.
• May prepare tax reports and monthly statements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
