Job summary

Eurest is hiring for a full-time Bookkeeper Admin at ExxonMobil in Spring, Texas. This role maintains a complete set of records for the assigned business unit and handles routine accounting tasks.

You will interact with customers, assist the Controller with reports and weekly closing, post transactions to ledgers, reconcile accounts, and help with payroll and tax documents. Immediate start and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Finance background preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing and general ledger posting.
• Ability to prepare tax reports and month-end closes.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints.
• Represents the company in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists Controller with reports and weekly closing procedures.
• Verifies, allocates and posts details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts in journals or computer files.
• Reconciles and balances accounts.
• Compiles records to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable/receivable, profit and loss.
• Calculate employee wages from time cards and submit payroll registers for payment.
• May prepare tax reports.
• May complete records to or through trial balances.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
