Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality standards are met, and the area is clean and organized.
• Monitors signage and marketing, ensuring current and appropriate displays.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet client expectations.
