Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest division seeks a Front of House Lead Supervisor for ExxonMobil in Spring, TX. The full-time role runs Monday through Friday 7:30am–3:30pm with no weekends or holidays.

You will monitor food service operations, manage inventory, ensure staff are on task and quality standards are met, confirm signage is current, and maintain compliance with client and company expectations. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to train.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• ExxonMobil site in Spring TX; schedule Mon-Fri with no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
