The Bookkeeper/Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of a growing family owned organization. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, support month and year end close activities and manage cash operations and bank reconciliations. Additional responsibilities include scanning postage deposits, performing postage/production and accounting analysis. Additionally, you will oversee profitability and receivables reporting, ensuring prompt collection of receivables, and manage shops inventory and administrative supplies.
